Hospitality Doctors Italia was born from the meeting between professionals in the hospitality field with years of experience and the academic world. Thanks to this meeting we have developed procedures that help companies to monitor and control all the critical areas of the management of an hospitality company, a restaurant or a company that shares with these companies some distinctive characteristics. Aware that sharing our knowledge is undeniably the main ingredient that has allowed everyone to grow, we start this blog with the hope that it can become a place for exchanging ideas and knowledge, because only thanks to the dissemination of knowledge can we be growth for society.
